DELIVERY.
1. Do you ship internationally?
Yes, of course, we ship worldwide.
2. How much does shipping cost?
We are pleased to offer FREE worlwide shipping.
3. How do I edit my order if I spelt my address wrong?
Please email us at info@uunique.store as soon as possible so we can change the address on your order. Shipping addresses can only be changed within 6 days of ordering.

Please email us at info@uunique.store as soon as possible so we can change it. Name can only be changed within 2 days of ordering.
5. When will my order arrive?
Each item is handcrafted and assembled with love just for you and your loved one. Due to this, please allow 2 - 5 business days for your order to ship.
Once shipped, you can expect delivery within 5-7 business days.
We assure you it will be worth the wait!
6. How do I track my order?
Once your order has been processed, you will receive an email with your tracking number(s). You can check delivery status on our page Track Order.
JEWELRY CARE.
1. How should I take care of my jewelry?
Use a dry soft lint free cloth to periodically wipe clean your jewelry items. This will keep your jewellery looking shiny. Ideally, store your Nadirah&Co jewelry in a dark, cool and dry place to help reduce scratching and tangling.
To ensure longevity please keep jewelry away from harsh chemicals such as perfumes, lotions, bleaches and deodorants which may cause damage to the metals.

1. Do you accept custom orders?
Yes we do! Please feel free to email us with information on the design you would like. We will respond and let you know if we are able to fulfill your order.
